21.5cm long 15cm wide at the fold.

This well-preserved item is a fine representation of a British WW1 Officer's leather holster designed for a .455 caliber Revolver, such as a Webley MK. VI, Colt New Service, or Smith and Wesson. Crafted from robust brown cow leather, it was specifically created for use with a Sam Brown belt. Notably, it features an original shoulder strap complete with canvas loops for ammunition. It was commonly worn by Royal Naval Air Service or RFC Air Crew during World War I.

*Condition*
This holster and shoulder strap are in excellent condition though the shoulder strap fixing tabs have been reattached. Please see photographs as part of the condition report.
