~ WW2 Medal Set Including 2 Clasp Efficiency Medal Cpl. A. Hill 8th Foresters ~
The medals are the 1939-45 star, France and Germany star, defence medal, war medal and the efficiency medal with two clasps signifying 24 years efficient service and the ‘Territorial’ suspension bar. The later is named to 4968333 Cpl. (Corporal) A. Hill 8 Foresters (8th battalion, Sherwood Foresters). Included are Hills Soldiers Service and Pay Book and Army Catering Corps Regimental Association booklet.
