A lovely china tazza circa 1850 by the leading Staffordshire ceramics company ‘Mintons’.

The tazza features the image of a flower to the centre with floral border against a blue line with gilt edging.

The border with gilt edging is repeated to the foot.

The base is marked with a small blue arrow and the design no. A 4740, both hand painted/written.

The tazza has a diameter of 23.5cm (9 ¼ inches) and a height of 5.5cm (2 ¼ inches).

It weighs 655g

~ Condition ~

There is some scratch marks to the central image and the odd tiny bit of wear to the gilt edging but otherwise the tazza is in very nice condition with no damage.
