~ 1930’s Gallet & Co. Minute Repeater Pocket Watch ~
A minute repeater pocket watch by the Swiss company ‘Gallet & Co.’.
The watch has a brass metal case and crown.
It has a white dial with black Arabic numerals, two blued steel hands and a sub minutes dial.
There is a sliding switch on the side of the watch in rose gold which when slid upwards chimes the time with two different toned bells.
The watch has a 15 jewels, mechanical, top-wind, minute repeater movement. It is named ‘Gallet & Co., Switzerland’.
The case back bears the serial no. 317199’.

The case has some surface wear and was once probably finished in gold plating or similar.
