A charming porcelain capstan from around the time of World War One with the City Of Liverpool crest to the top surrounding by gilding. It is back-stamped for Arcadian underneath.

The piece is in good order with no chips or cracks. The transfer remains excellent as is the gilding.

The capstan is 5.5 cm (2.25 inches) tall with a base diameter of 4.5 cm (1.75 inches).
