Description

This is an 1892 model, Argentinian Police carbine made by Winchester.  This particular Winchester was exported internationally, becoming very popular in South America and Australasia. Although Winchester stopped manufacture in 1941, modern versions are still being made by Brazilian and Italian arms makers. This Model 1892 has been rebored for .45 calibre handgun rounds. This change was implemented so that the Argentine police could use the same ammunition for their carbines and handguns.

*Condition*

The carbine is in great condition with a few knocks and scratches to the wooden parts and some partial discolouration to the barrel. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
