A Moorcroft pottery 'Swallows' pattern vase designed by Rachel Bishop.

The vase is a limited edition number 276 of a run of 500.

The vase is of tall ovoid form with tube line decoration of swallows on a branch against a backdrop of flowers, leaves and fields all on a
light green ground. The interior is of the classic deep blue glaze.

The base has impressed marks of 'Moorcroft' and 'Made in England' with initials 'KDM' and the date cypher of an iron for 1998. It has
hand written initials of 'WM' a 1997 copyright and the edition number '276/500' all in blue ink.

The vase comes in its original box with a purchase receipt dated 1999 at which time the vase retailed at £775 .

~ Dimensions ~

The vase has a diameter of 14cm (5 ½ inches)and a height of 25.5cm (10 ½ inches).

The box measures 18cm (7 inches) by 18cm (7 inches) by 34cm (13 ½ inches).

Together they weigh 1.73 Kg.

~ Condition ~

The vase is in a beautiful condition with no wear, damage or repairs.

The box is in very good order.
