Description

*British, WW2 Period, Bren Gun Magazine, .303 Calibre, (Multiple Available)*

Original British Bren gun magazine of standard .303 calibre pattern, as used throughout the Second World War and into the immediate post-war period. Constructed in steel and of the familiar curved box form, designed to feed the Bren light machine gun and its derivatives. Multiple examples are available; all are of the same general pattern and type as the example photographed.

One magazine will be randomly selected from available stock and supplied. All examples are broadly similar in form, finish, and wear, though individual markings and surface patina may vary.

Approximate dimensions: 23 cm x 9.5 cm x 3 cm.

Historical Note:
The Bren gun was the British Army’s principal light machine gun of the Second World War, renowned for its reliability and accuracy. Magazines such as this were produced in vast numbers to support infantry units across all theatres of the conflict, from the Western Desert to Northwest Europe, and remained in service for many years after 1945.

*Condition*
Good service-used condition overall. Showing expected wear consistent with age and military use, including surface marks, finish loss, and handling wear. No testing has been carried out. Please see photographs as part of the condition report.

Price is for ONE magazine.
