~ c1810 Small Chinoiserie Vase Possibly Staffordshire ~
A lovely vase, most likely Staffordshire porcelain in the Chinoiserie style dating to around 1810.
The white porcelain vase is of baluster form with flared neck and base.
The vase is decorated with images of traditional Chinese people with a geometric type design border with gilt edging and hand painted flowers to the neck and base.
The vase is not marked, but as we have said, we believe the vase to be Staffordshire porcelain.
~ Dimensions
The vase has a diameter of 7cm (2 ¾ inches) and a height of 17.5cm (7 inches).
It weighs 310g.
~ Condition ~
The vase has had some restoration to the neck. The restoration has been done well and only noticeable due to the slight difference in the quality of the border deign, compared to the original parts.
The image decoration is worn in parts but mostly in good order.
The vase is overall in a nice condition with no other damage.
