Description

~ c1850 Six Shot Transitional Revolver ~

The revolver has a walnut grip and some foliate engraving to the metal work.

The barrel is octagonal to the rear part and cylindrical to the fore with a silver fore sight.

There is no gunsmith's name.

Being obsolete calibre, no licence is required.

~ Condition ~

Please refer to the images for the condition. It cocks, indexes and releases well on all chambers.

There is pitting, principally to the barrel.

~ Dimensions ~

The revolver is 30cm (12 inches) in total length with a 14cm (5.5 inches) barrel.
