A tinplate, clockwork fire engine dating to around 1910 by Orobr of Germany.
Oro Werke (also known as’Oro Works’, ‘Orobr’), was a tinplate toy company operating out of Brandenberg, Germany between 1910 to 1931.
~ Dimensions ~
The toy has a length of 15cm (6 inches) and weighs 210g
~ Condition ~
The clockwork mechanism is working though it can be a bit temperamental and has a tendency to stick.
The model has some wear and oxidation but overall is in decent condition for its age.
