~ c1940 Hand Carved Wooden Folk Art American Duck Decoy ~
The duck is not painted, it has been hand carved to a ridged finish. The eyes are metal studs.
We are advised it was manufactured by the Victor Animal Trap company of Pascogoula, Mississippi.
~ Dimensions ~
The duck has a length of 16 inches (40.5cm), a width of 5 inches (12.75cm) and a height of 6 inches (15.25cm). It weighs 740g.
~ Condition ~
There is a large chip to the neck of the duck which has been filled. The duck is in otherwise good condition.
