This is a Japanese tinplate armoured car with Ack Ack cannons, produced by Ohta Kasaboro Co. The car has a friction-drive mechanism.
It is stamped “Made In Japan”.
Ohta Kasaboro Co. (K) was a small, short lived Tokyo toymaker that created a small collection of tin toys and other playthings under their own brand, mainly during the late 1950’s through mid 1970’s. Some of their toys (like their tin toy Cadillacs) were marketed by T.N. (Nomura Toy).

The toy is in very good condition and in good working order. The box has a number of tears and is in poor condition.
