A fine mahogany and glass cased barograph by Sewills of Liverpool.

The barograph has a lift-off lid with bevelled edged glass panels.

The mechanism is made mostly of gilded brass.

The barograph has an eight section vacuum and a clockwork mechanism.

There is a graph drawer to base with 11 unused graphs within.

The barograph is complete with its ink bottle and key.

~ Dimensions ~

The barograph measures 15 inches (38cm) by 9 inches (23cm) with a height of 9 inches (23cm). It weighs 5.830 Kg.

~ Condition ~

The barograph is in decent condition but does have several chips to the surface lacquer. The gilding is generally decent but does have some minor loss.

It has been serviced and is in good working order.
