~ Circa 1800 Ethiopian Sabre ~
Of a simplistic but still practical design, the blade has three very slim fullers to either side, running down 80% of the blades length. It has a crude wooden grip with a small round pommel.
~ Condition ~
The blade has several nicks to its edge and some light surface corrosion. The grip has some significant loss and a split through shrinkage.
~ Dimensions ~
The sword is 92.5 cm (36.5 inches) in length with a 80 cm (31.5 inches) blade.
