The plates have gilt and puce borders with central panels depicting castles and other buildings on a Scottish loch foreshore with highland mountains in the background.

Please refer to the images for condition. Both plates are free from chips and cracks. There is minor wear to the gilt and glaze.

The plates are 23 cm (9 inches) in diameter.
