A beautiful cameo glass vase by Legras Et Cie of Paris, France from their Mont Joye Line dating to the late 1800’s/early 1900’s.

The vase is of double gourd form.

It is made of moulded opaque textured glass decorated in gilt with dog roses and has a gilt rim to the top.

The vase is stamped in gold to the base with an inverted shield containing a bearded bishop's torso flanked by words ‘Mont Joye’ with 'L & C' below.

~ Dimensions ~

The vase has a diameter of 5 inches (12.5cm) and has a height of 7 ½ inches (19cm).

It weighs 875g.

~ Condition ~

There is some wear to the gilt on the rim and one large chip and one small chip to the base but overall the vase presents very well.
