    Description

Here we have a nice weighted swagger stick, these really came to prominence among British campaigns in Africa, presumably after seeing the effectiveness of weapons such as the knobkerrie.
Their popularity continued throughout WW1 where these swagger sticks doubled as a trench weapon.

This is a nice swagger stick or cane and is constructed of a rigid cane topped with a weighted leather cosh bag at the tip.

    ~ Dimensions ~

The cane is 34 inches (86 cm) long.

    The cane weighs 225g.

    ~ Condition ~

The cane is in good condition for its age.
