~ Circa 1910 Eichwald Secessionist Art Nouveau Majolica Centrepiece Vase ~

An Eichwald secessionist Art Nouveau Majolica pottery centerpiece vase dating to circa 1910.

The vase stands on a pedestal base and is decorated with embossed garlands and swags with garland shaped round handles to either side.

The vase is in tones of green with red highlights.

The base has an impressed ‘Eichwald’ mark along with the  number ‘7734/3’.

~ Dimensions ~

The vase measures 12.5cm (5 ½ inches) by 32cm (12 ½ inches) with a height of 15cm (6 inches).

It weighs 963g.

~ Condition ~

The vase has a tiny flea bite chip to the rim and one near the handle (please refer to images). It is otherwise in lovely condition with no damages.
