~ Circa WW1 Cased Royal Navy Bicorn ~
The plush bicorn has a black, pleated silk cockade with a gold bullion coil to the centre held on with a Kings Crown button and leather head band. There are the usual bullion coils at either end.
The bicorn comes with its japanned tin.

The case has a width of 17.5 inches (44.4 cm), a depth of 8 inches (20.3 cm) and a height of 8.5 inches (21.6 cm).
The bicorn measures 17 inches (43.2 cm) fore to aft with a height of 6 inches (15.2 cm) and a inner circumference of 18.75 inches (47.9 cm).
The set weighs 1.65 Kg.
~ Condition ~
The bicorn is in generally good order with minor wear.
The case has some exterior wear, such as scratches and minor dents with signs +of rust and storage wear. It opens and closes well and the interior is clean and rust free.
