Finished in matt green with green plastic hubs, black rubber tyres, clear windows, black interior and removable canopy. The model was made by Dinky in England in the 1970's.
It comes with an unused transfer sheet and the original box.
It is stamped to the underside:
'Dinky Toys,FODEN, Made in England.'
