Description

~ Enfield 1851 Pattern Percussion Rifled Musket ~

The British Pattern 1851 Minié was the first general-issue rifle to see widespread use in battle. Though its service life was short, it proved to be one of the most influential arms in history.

~ Condition ~

Please refer to the images for the condition.

The lock works well with a strong spring on full cock and half-cock.

The musket is missing its ramrod, and there is a patched repair to the forefront of the stock on the left-hand side, etc.

A good wall hanger.

~ Dimensions ~

The musket is 124cm (48.5 inches) in total length with an 85cm (33.5 inches) barrel.
