A framed set of 50 photographic cards was issued in 1929. Every card has been individually hand-mounted.
These particular photographic cards were issued for empire distribution in New Zealand and were not issued in Great Britain. The illustrations present various aspects of British naval life between the wars and includes images of Lords Jellicoe and Beatty

The horizontal cards have a height of 3.5 cm and a width of 6.5 cm and the vertical cards have a height of 6.5 cm and a width of 3.5 cm.
The frame has a width of 17.2 inches (43.5 cm), a height of 19.3 inches (49 cm) and a depth of 1.5 cm. The weight of the frame is 1.55 kg.

The cards are in an overall good condition. The frame has minor wear.
