A nice quality Art Nouveau copper jug by the French coppersmith ‘Harvard’

Harvard were established in the 1890’s in Villedieu, France and are one of the few 19th-century Villedieu coppersmiths that survives to this day in some form.

The jug has a textured finish body and features a wave pattern along the lower edge.

The jug is stamped with the firms Viking ship logo to the base.

The jug has a height of 20cm (8 inches) and measures 21cm (8 ¼ inches) from handle to spout.

It weighs 850g

~ Condition ~

The jug has very little wear and no obvious damage.
