*Indian, 19th Century, Tulwar*

This is a typical talwar - a type of sabre, characterized by a curved unfullered blade, 70cm, an all-metal hilt with integral quillons and a disc-shaped pommel. This has a double-pointed tips (zulfikar), 80cm overall.

*Condition*
The tulwar has some blackening to the blade, the blade has some nicks to its edge, otherwise it is in good order. Please see photographs as part of the condition report.
