~ Moorcroft 'Anemone' Shallow Bowl 1928-49 Pattern ~
This is a splendid 'Anemone' bowl by Moorcroft, decorated with carmine and purple flowers on the classic Moorcroft deep blue background.
On the underside can be seen the impressed stamp of the signature of William Moorcroft, the 'Made in England' stamp and the 'Potter to HM The Queen' stamp.

The bowls diameter is 27.5 cm (10.9 inches).
It weighs 974 grams.
~ Condition ~
The bowl is in excellent used condition. There are no chips or scratches, except one minor crack on the rim which appears to be a manufacturing firing defect rather than post production damage.
