Each earring features two joined, static ovals and are fitted with post backings with butterfly fastenings.
The post backings are fixed at different heights on the two earrings which means they will sit slightly differently on each ear. Perhaps they were designed to both go on one ear, but sit at the same level?
The earrings are hallmarked for 9ct gold, Birmingham.
