    ~ Pair Of Victorian 1895 Royal Worcester Renaissance Style Candlesticks ~

    A fabulous pair of porcelain candlesticks in blush ivory and gilt, raised on three lion mask and paw feet to shot silk columns with further masks and the dish-shaped drip pan surmounted by an urn form candle nozzle.

    The candlesticks were converted into lamp stands by drilling the base and nozzle.

    Both candlestick are stamped to the underside with the purple Royal Worcester logo with 2 dots on the left and 2 dots on the right which dates them back to 1895. Under the logo there is a Rd No 178648 and shape number 1547.

    ~ Dimensions ~

    Both candlesticks measuring approx. 19 inches (48 cm) with the base diameter of 6.5 inches (16.5 cm).

    The total weight is 2.7 kg.

    ~ Condition ~

    The condition of the candlesticks is very good with minor wear.

    A wing on one of bases has been glued back (almost invisible). One candlestick has a small crack just above the column with the masks.

    The candlesticks have been converted into lamp bases.
