~ Royal Navy Cadets Drum by Premier Dated 1941 ~
On the brass body is stamped "PREMIER MADE IN ENGLAND 1941" with the government ordnance Broad Arrow.
The drum is well preserved condition with all its original parts, ropes, leather couplings and belt attachment system.
There is a pen name on the underside starting with 'CPL.'.
For the naval enthusiast, it would make a great and practical drinks table if a circular glass top was added.
~ Dimensions ~
The diameter of the drum is 15 inches (38 cm) and the height is 15 inches (38 cm).
~ Condition ~
It is in very good condition for its age with signs of wearing. The paint is scratched in some places but the brass body is intact with no major dents. The leather and the ropes look are in good order. The under side skin has s small tear, approx. 1.4cm long. It still 'thumps' well.
