*Scottish, WW2, Original The Royal Scots Guards Officers Balmoral-Glengarry Cap Badge, Silver Gilt & Green Enamel*
This cap star is crafted in two parts, featuring silver-plated (unmarked) and gilt brass, with a green translucent enamel center and an original C clasp fitting at the rear. It is die-cast and measures approximately 5cm across. This star was typically worn on the Glengarry and Balmoral cap during World War II. While it shows some dulled gilt and darkened silver plate due to wear, the enamel remains undamaged, overall presenting in good worn condition.
