~ Set Of 4 Minton Cup Saucer & Side Plate Trios c1830 ~
A nice set of four cups, saucers and side plates by Minton dating to around 1830.
The pieces are of fine white bone china, each with a band of pink, with a hand-painted flowers and gilt detailing.
Each piece is marked with the pattern number ‘4770’ to the underside.
~ Dimensions ~
The cups each have a diameter of 8cm (just over 3 inches) and a height of 7cm (2 ¾ inches).
The saucers each have a diameter of 14cm (5 ½ inches).
The plates each have a diameter of 15cm (6 inches).
The set weighs 1.43 Kg
~ Condition ~
There is a little wear to the finish on some of the pieces and one cup has a small hair-line crack to the rim (please see images).
The set is otherwise in very nice condition.
