~ Set Of Six Clarice Cliff Corolla Pattern Bowls ~
A nice set of six circa 1930’s Clarice Cliff bowls in the Corolla pattern.
The bowls are decorated with pink and green flowers on a cream ground with a pale green centre to each.
Each bowl is stamped to the underside ‘Clarice Cliff, Newport Pottery England, Made In England’.
~ Dimensions ~
The bowls each have a diameter of 15.5cm (6 inches) and a depth of 3.5cm (1 ½ inches).
The set weighs 940g.
~ Condition ~
All of the bowls have a little smearing to the green paintwork to the centre, but this is under the glaze so must be a slight production fault.
The set is in a generally nice condition with only some light wear to the decoration on a couple of the bowls, this is mainly at the rim.
Two of the bowls have some reasonable crazing.
The bowls are all free from cracks, chips and repairs and all present well.
