~ Royal Doulton Character Jug 'Paddy' In The White ~
A Royal Doulton jug in a clear glaze with a green 'A' stamp underneath. It was designed by Charles Noake in the early 20th century.
These were made in the white after the second world war and usually went directly to the factory owners. They are consequently quite rare pieces.
~ Dimensions ~
The jug stands 6.5 inches (16cm) tall, 8 inches (20cm) front to back and 5.25 inches (13cm) across.
~ Condition ~
There is a short hairline crack to the upper rim.
