~ US Springfield 1903 Mk 1 Bolt Action Rifle – Spares or Repairs ~

This is and old deactivated/blank fire piece that is missing its bolt and trigger action.

A slot has been cut into the barrel underneath and a small hole has been drilled at the top. Cartrudges can be inserted in though, so the gun can cicle and can be used for blank firing.

The barrel is marked on the top ‘U.S. Springfild Armory Model 1093 Mark I 1057014’

~ Condition ~

The woodwork is cracks-free but it has seen some serious usage.

The metalwork and minor spots of surface rust.
