A Boxed vintage set of tin flats.
There are 72 pieces to the set in varying stances:
-36 red soldiers:
– 24 rifle
– 5 on horseback
– 1 with drum
– 1 with horn
– 1 with flag
– 1 larger piece with two soldiers on horseback
-14 grey soldiers
– 12 rifle
– 2 with flags
-6 Native Americans (all six with rifles)
-3 woman on horseback
-8 American outbackers
– 2 in brown
– 2 in grey
– 2 in green
– 2 in blue
-5 deer
The box is of brown card with a paper sticker to the front. The sticker reads “Battle of Waterloo Lifeguards”, though the lifeguards has been crossed out and reads “Scottish Regiment, English”. The lid is stamped on the inside “Foreign”.
~ Dimensions ~
These figures stand at 35mm. The box measures 6.5 inches (16.5cm) long by 4 inches (10.25cm) wide and 0.5 inches (1.5cm) deep. The box set weighs 250 grams.
~ Condition ~
The soldiers are in varying conditions. Though most of them still have the original paint, some have weapons bent, broken or missing.
The box has some minor wear but remains in an overall good condition.
