The bowl has a green line to the rim and two handles.
The bowl is back-stamped with the manufacturers label Rosenthal, underneath surrounding the swastika are the words
"Modell Des Amtes Schonheit" followed by a word too rubbed to be read

The bowl is in excellent order, there is a chip to the standing rim.

The bowl is 26 cm (10.25 inches) in diameter (excluding the handles) and stands at 14 cm (5.5 inches) tall.
