WW2 HMS Rollicker's Aluminium Ship's Crest

A large painted aluminium ship's crest for HMS Rollicker, on wooden plaque, 47cm. HMS Rollicker was a Rollicker Class Rescue Tug notably involved in the attempts to rescue HMS Ark Royal from sinking in the Mediterranean Sea during WW2.

It is approximately 20 inches tall and 15.5 inches across.

*Condition*

The crest is in excellent condition. There are no damages to the aluminium crest and the colours still retain their vibrancy. The wooden board is not connected to the crest but would be easily rectified. Please refer to the images as apart of our condition report.
