A second world war Russian ‘Molnija’ pocket watch.

The watch has a domed cover with the Hammer & Sickle symbol over ‘CCCP’ with Cyrillic wring below.

The back of the case again has the Hammer and Sickle within a star surrounded by a wreath with writing below...‘Великая Отечественная’ 1941-1945 -  ‘The Great Patriotic War’ 1941-45

The watch has a white dial with Arabic numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial. It is named ‘Molnija ‘ in Cyrillic.

The watch has a manual wind movement with the serial number ‘075418’ and ‘3602’.
