This is a 1940 dated, open top 1903 pattern British holster for large calibre Webley revolver with a 6" barrel. These holsters would have been used by officers in the British and Commonwealth militaries in the Second World War.
*Condition*
Overall the leather is remarkably in good condition with no signs of degradation. The holster is well serviceable with some rigidity to the body, the strap is perfectly pliable. The maker's stamp and date are marked next to the tip of the closure strap. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
