~ Moorcroft Hibiscus Pattern Heart Shaped Trinket Box ~
A lovely small Moorcroft pottery trinket box in the ‘Hibiscus’ pattern.
The trinket box is love-heart shaped, in a traditional Moorcroft green and features tube line decoration of a hibiscus flower to the lid.
There are the usual impressed marks to base (see images).
~ Dimensions ~
The piece measures 7cm (2 ¾ inches) by 7cm (2 ¾ inches) with a height of 4cm (1 ½ inches).
It weighs 48g.
~ Condition ~
There is some light crazing to the glaze in parts, really only visible on close inspection, but otherwise the piece is in a lovely condition with no damages.
