Description

A Victorian Royal Naval officer’s sword, blade 31½” etched with crown, anchor and foliage, made by Henry Wilkinson, Pall Mall, London, No 26141 which dates the sword to approximately the 1870’s  In its brass mounted leather scabbard.

*Condition*

The blade has some pitting towards the tip, but generally good condition with good decoration. The grip is good with a minor hole in the shagreen in 2 places. The Pommel and guard are in excellent condition.

Please see the pictures as these form part of our report.

The scabbard is in good used condition with a dent to the upper section and the locking pin missing.
