~ Mid 19th Century Staffordshire Figurine Of A Seated Gentleman Imbibing  ~

The stout gentleman is seated on a wine barrel with a glass in-hand. He is wearing fetching pink trousers, a cap and there is gilt detailing to his collar. He dates to around 1850.

~ Condition ~

It is free of chips and cracks. The glaze is worn in places as is the gilding.

~ Dimensions ~

The piece is 12 cm (4.25 inches) wide by 9  cm (3.5 inches) deep by 17 cm (6.5 inches) tall.
