~ Early 1930s Malcolm Campbell World Speed Record Castrol Oil Enamel On Tin Sign ~

The black, red and white sign advertises Captain Malcolm Campbell’s world speed record of 245 MPH in his Napier powered Bluebird at Daytona Beach on February 5th 1931 using Castrol oil.

~ Condition ~

The sign has general corrosion and some loss to the enamel. The metal is complete.

~ Dimensions ~

The sign is 67 cm (26.25 inches) tall by 45 cm (17.5 inches) wide.
