~ 1943 6 Pounder Chromed Shell Case Trench Art Ashtray No 2 ~

The piece is made of a shell case, converted into an ashtray with the lighter body made from a 1943 20mm cannon shell. The underside is stamped for a 6 pounder shell, broad arrow and dated to 1943. All pieces are chromed.

~ Condition ~

The piece is in good order apart from wear to the chrome. The striker on the lighter is missing. Please note the piece was photographed with lighter part upside down.

~ Dimensions ~

The piece is 9 cm (3.5 inches) tall. It weighs 0.99 Kg.
