~ 19th Century Carved And Painted Wooden Push Along Toy Horse And Cart ~
The hand-painted dapple grey horse is of carved wood with real horse hair used for the tail. The horse stands on a wooden green-painted cart with metal wheels.
The hand-painted cart is of the same period but is painted in a teal grey with red stripes and wooden wheels.
They both date to around the mid-Victorian period, circa 1860-1880.
As well as a lovely collector’s piece, it would also be great for a shop window display.
