A nice, simple 19th century pewter box with hinged lid.

The box is of plain rectangular form and sits on four ball feet.

It has a lid which is hinged to the centre creating two flaps.

The inside of the box is divided into three smaller compartments to one side while the other side has just one large compartment

~ Dimensions ~

The box measures 12cm (4 ¾ inches) by 17cm (6 ¾ inches) with a height of 6.5cm (2 ½ inches).

It weighs 735g.

~ Condition ~

The base of the box is rather misshapen and the sides are a little uneven a little but the lid is flat and without damage.

The inside of the box has some wear.

Overall the box is in a good condition with no real damage.
