A quirky late 19th century inkwell in the form of a labrador dog.

The dogs head is hinged to reveal the inkwell and has a shell shaped pen tray to the front.

~ Dimensions ~

The inkwell has a width of 5.5 inches (14 cm) and a height of 4.3 inches (11 cm).

It weighs 0.52 Kg.

~ Condition ~

The hinged upper half of the head is a little loose but in working order. The head where it affixes to the base is a little lose. The screws are modern.

The piece is generally in a nice condition with minimal wear.
