~ 9ct Yellow Gold Large Cameo Brooch ~
A lovely large cameo brooch mounted in 9ct gold.
The cameo features the delicate detailing of the traditional subject of a classical ladies bust in profile with the addition of trailing grape vines.
The cameo is mounted in a scalloped edge gold frame with rope detail border.
The brooch has a pin clasp to the reverse and is fitted with a small safety chain.
The brooch is marked to the reverse for 9ct gold.

The brooch measures 4.5cm by 6cm.
It weighs 18.7g.
~ Condition ~
The piece is in a very nice condition with minimal wear. There are some remnants of glue to the reverse where the piece may have been secured at a later date, but this cannot be seen from the front.
