The lid bears an Art Deco skyscraper type pattern with engine turned decoration and the base is of cut glass.
The hallmarks are for Birmingham 1944 and it was made by W I Broadway & Co.

The lid diameter is 10 cm (4 inches) and it stands at 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) tall.
