Description

This is a Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk1 that would have been upgraded to a Mk2 post-war. The Mk2 features the addition of a small steel block on to the No.4 receiver. This was precisely drilled after instillation to ensure perfect alignment of the trigger action which mitigated the effect of moisture in the trigger. Some other minor changes were also made.

This particular rifle features many stamps across all parts including serial numbers, broad arrows, proof marks and date. SN. 1751

*Condition*

This rifle is in great condition with some minor wear to the wooden parts and some pitting across the metal parts. The gun can be cocked and the trigger moves. The magazine is removable. Please see pictures for more detail.
